Whew!!!!!!! They are at it again.

Don’t know if you remember last year when Texas Tech played the Longhorns, tech whipped their butt. Longhornslost their #1 ranking that day. But what a game. Well, it’s 3rd quarter, Longhorns are whipping Tech tonight. Don’t you just love football season in Texas???

Also, while I’m blogging today, let me tell you I am having a blast. I didn’t know having a website could feel thisway. If you don’t have one, reach over there on the Internet for Newbies site and expand yourself……..

Last week we called a relative to my wife, Dennis, he’s an “insurance agent”. We talked to him for a short time and asked him to give us some price quotes on the same policies we had, using his company’s guidelines. We asked him a 1,000 questions about his company, how it ranks to the national average, you know all the same old questions. Turns out the company we have been using has been overcharging us. Apples to apples we were “getting overcharged” for the same or less coverage. I don’t know about you but I hate to be take advantage of, really makes me MAD.

Today he arrived with the policies from his company, we signed up, paid up. I fill a lot better about the choices we’ve made. Now I know what you’re thinking, kinfolk, but let me re-assure you, it’ll be OK. I’ve always said, “know your product”, Dennis knows.

Now, on to another subject. Turns out, Dennis youngest son “Collin” enlisted in the Army. Nineteen years old, ready to be a man, knowing his decision to join may thrust him into one of the two wars going on in a foreign land. You know which two wars I’m talking about. We are losing good young people over there almost every day. Let’s hope the cycle ends soon. We can HOPE / PRAY for “Collin’s” safety while he and others like him serve this country. I worked up into the night last night on this blog, actually working on the autoresponder “Aweber”. I still lack somemore time to upload it onto the blog. I think my wife thinks I’m nuts, she asked if I turned into a “night owl”. I amjust driven to succeed, but also, I am so impressed how hard but easy it is to do all of this, with some mentoring,building, editing, and publishing. I guess the best way to discribe all of this is: building something from the groundup. I will be getting better.

After several day if not weeks, I finally got to this point. We are on our way now.
